  8.   Improve the communications infrastructure in the beneficiary partner institutions to facilitate the pilot.

Principle Outcomes

  •   1  - Development of the QA system: to develop a model for a QA system for implementation in the four partner country universities - the model will be informed by practices within the EU partners and will be sensitive to the local context within the beneficiary institutions;
  •   2  - Supporting project website: Developing , launching and refinemneting of the supporting website of the QA system at the Moldavian beneficiary institutions;
  •  3  - A pilot run of the QA system: The model which is developed during the first phase in each partner country university will be piloted in order to be able to be later modified and implemented. One chosen programme within each university will be utilised for the pilot run;
  •   4  - Self assessment of the AQ system: To undertake a self-assessment of the pilot and, using the outcomes of this, refine the model, following consultation between all partners;
  •   5  – Dissemination of the QA system : Disseminate the final model for wider implementation in a subsequent project;
  •   6  - Improvement of the communication : Improve the communication technology within the beneficiary partner institutions to ensure that: the QA model is effectively detailed and disseminated; the results of the pilot and self-assessment are comprehensively captured and; the final model is made suitably accessible to all stakeholders;
  •   7  - Quality control, following up and coordination: Internal quality control of the process, activities and outcomes of the project. Development of the second tempus bid and coordination meetings.
